How We Consign

Consigning Lifecycle

Listing: Accepted and priced items will be listed on the online shop/social media sites within 48 hours. Additional time may be needed for authenticity verification.

Once sold: Once we collect payment, 50% of the item purchase revenue will go to your client account. Once there, you can choose to cash out or use that credit to shop items with us.

Items that don't sell: If an item does not sell within 3 months you will be notified (and we will confirm w/you), you have one week to arrange item return otherwise we will donate your item to charity.

How our Mobile Experience Works

Mobile Consigning: We pick up your items for listing. We can help look too.

    • Fill out our Consignment Request Form for items to list (no pictures needed), we will confirm your appointment and arrive at your house for verification/pickup.
    • We can also help you sort/organize old clothing to help!
    • Note: Initial fee will be waived if you list 3+ items with us during the appointment. Additional hours costs still apply. 
    • You may also have the initial fee waived if you opt to drop-off consignment items.

Mobile Sales: We bring a collection of items to you (>9 items) 

    • You pick or we curate based on your needs, using our Mobile Appointment Request Form
    • At your location you can try on and purchase items.
    • Note: Initial fee will be waived if you purchase 4+ items priced $25+ during the appointment. Additional hours costs still apply.

Mobile Shop: We bring collections to you/your group (10+ items)

    • Fill out our Mobile Appointment Request Form to pick out what categories, sizes, etc. with a minimum of 10 items and we will confirm appointment. 
    • Note: Initial fee will increase by number of items and/or if security is needed for high-end items. 

Fees:

  • $30 Initial Fee for travel/first hour ($15/hour for additional hours).
    • Initial fee could increase depending on how far outside of Vienna, VA you are located.
  • Security Fees may be needed when we are traveling with our most expensive items, if not already paid for (i.e. bringing certain purses to a mobile shop appt)
